Comment: The young man that came out to our home. Was very thorough and did a great job. Will request the same person again and will be calling Dalworth soon to get other rooms in our home cleaned soon! Very satisfied customer!

The servicemen were late to my house, and since they were late, they rushed the job. The cough came out ok, but I expected cleaner. I did report the lateness to the company and they did send a coupon in the mail for future service, which I thought was a nice gesture; however, I will not hire again.

Comment: It was my couch cushions that took that long to dry. My technician said it would only be a few hours. The couches I had cleaned had not been cleaned before, and were very dirty. The tech did a good job on them and I was very pleased.

I had arranged for two dining room chairs to be cleaned. I forgot to show these to the technician, and apparently he didn’t refer to it on his order, so they were not done. I was disappointed.

The tech was friendly and professional. I would use him again, and would recommend him.

Comment: Kris Barrett was excellent in character,dress, workmanship, polite and very considerate. If all of your representatives were like Kris you would not have any problems. You are exceedingly expensive. For retired folks on fixed income (most SS) it is very steep. He cleaned all tile and painted the groute. Kris was on time.

We have had our carpets cleaned before. The first time was excellent. The second time the tech left the carpets so wet we could not walk on them for several days. Your service and work depends on good techs . . .. if they are bad your company is bad. If they are good your company is good!!

Comment: This is the second time I have used Dalworth for carpet stretching. Both times Jose Munoz did the work and I would request him for anything. He's terrific. The phone service is the best of any company I have dealt with in a long time. Easy to communicate with, helpful, knowledgeable.

Before he left, Jose explained other services offered by Dalworth should we need them. The whole company seems to work together which is not always the case with service vendors. We are very happy with the results.

Comment: Jay Gonzalez and Neil Moberly were really exceptional young men who went out of there way to get my carpets clean. They were early which was great and worked really hard. I have used Blackmon Mooring for over 35 years until they stopped cleaning carpets. I have had many men out here. These two men were the best of all of them.

Comment: I really don't know how long it took to dry. I stayed off of it until the next morning. And I don't know how to rate the price as I don't have any history to compare prices with. But the person who performed the services was efficient, cordial and business like. I would for sure use him again.

Comment: Orlando was excellent!! I highly recommend him. Not at all pushy and that is probably why I chose the more expensive pkg. he did an outstanding job. I will never use anyone else but Dalworth you are # 1!!!
