Comment: It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the worn areas of the carpet might still appear soiled because they are so matted down. The technician did try 'raking' the carpet some after I mentioned the appearance. He showed me several areas that were problematic . He also mentioned a deep cleaning with chemicals is available for those areas but the use of the carpet may still make it appear less than clean. Maybe my expectations were unrealistic.

Comment: Cassandra was very helpful and understanding of our need. Rick was competent and courteous. Sadly, he was not able to get out the gray around the wall edge of the carpet but it wasn't for want of trying.

Having my carpets cleaned today by Cullen was amazing! He was extremely well-versed in what I needed to have done because I have a dog and he provided me with the ULTIMATE customer experience! Comment: It wasn’t actually carpet cleaning g. It was upholster cleaning. Dried after about 6- hrs
Side note, lady who I talked to on the phone was excellent. Very friendly and made the process very easy!!!

Comment: Was disappointed in the one tiny little dryng fan which didn’t help.
Carpet was traded for allergy and asthma and a pet but it was an able to be deodorized because we owned a pet? Does this make sense?

Comment: Bobby was fabulous and I would like to request that he is always our service tech.

We had one in the past that was awful. He was argumentative and I believe he took something from my home. I never would accuse someone of stealing without absolute confidence it happened. The item was there when he arrived and never seen since then and it has been at least a year.
