Comment: Tech was on his phone along time while he was doing the carpets. While that was not a big deal to me, as he did answer questions I had along the way, it might be a problem for some people especially older folks.

Comment: Cosandra, the customer service rep, was outstanding. She was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic - almost like she was setting up an appointment for her own carpets. The technician who came to the house was just great also. Overall, a very good experience.

Comment: I do not feel that any service provider can pay attention to detail and provide their best service while on the phone all the time as was the person who cleaned my carpets this time. First time for this to happen. It does not foster a feeling of confidence. I would have said "fair" to attitude and competence because of the use of a cell phone while working but that may be too harsh.
