Comment: Vinny did a great job setting expectation for results. He exceeded our expectations in cleaning the carpets and was very detail orientated. The next time we have carpets cleaned, we will request Vinny. Vinny was also very professional and personable. Comment: There was a porcelain rabbit broken, they saved three pieces, but not two smaller ones. I was not told that it had happened. Some places still wet after 18 hours. Along the baseboards should have had attention,especially in the hall

Comment: I expected a team at least of 2 persons,my house is 2058 sq.ft. Tile throughout. The person who took the order, asked for rooms not size of the house. I was given the option of having the work done on Saturday, I didn't required nor requested it.

Comment: Your independent contractor, Steven, was very efficient. He explained the procedure, but also included info about ceramic tile and its cleaning which was informative, and helped my husband and I know what to expect from the finished procedure. Our tile and grout is 100% cleaner, and I would definitely use Dalworth again.

Comment: Excellent service, no complaints. Steven did a great job and very courteous. Extrememly competent. I only said NO on #2 because tech was running 2 hrs late on Tuesday so I had to move appt to Friday. He was on time on Friday.

Comment: The phone contact (Jasmine, I believe) sent me the wrong invoice price for our agreed-upon order. Then when I called back for it to be fixed, she said she would send me a correct invoice right away. This did not happen. So I had to email both customer service and management at Dalworth to get a correct invoice. I finally received it. This was my only poor experience with Dalworth, as the technician did a fine job.

Comment: Our technician Monty was excellent . We were disappointed that not all of the pet stains were able to be removed and there was still some lingering dog smell after the carpets dried. However, there was an overall improvement in the cleanliness of the carpets and the pet deodorizer helped the house smell better than before.
