Comment: I was so glad we had a technician that knew what he was doing. I had a neighbor who stretched carpet and said he could not do this. Dalworth sent out a tech who knew what he was doing and did it all by himself.

Comment: I am so glad I found DALWORTH again! I'm very pleased with the work of my technician, but I gave you the wrong size of my carpet and was over-charged. I have a 7ftX7 X 10ft rug, not a 10X12 like I told the phone rep. If there is a way to send a refund back to me I would appreciate it!

Comment: Exact dry time unknown - I left the house when the technician finished & returned in 5 hours. The carpets were dry, so I was pleased!!

Comment: The helper, Raul, was on the phone in the beginning with the IRS and seems tired. One think, I dislike people putting their hands or fingers on the wall or items of furniture as we as people have oil in our skin. The appearance of people is better if they do not leave on things and this is awkward to discuss with people as I think this is something that they should know.

Comment: My technician was excellent! His name was Sam Geanes and he was very polite and did a wonderful job on our floors. Actually, we have been using Dalworth for years and he has been the best we have had! I was dissappointed in the price , however. I was quoted over the phone$367 and did not read my email before he got here. It had gone to $821 and he had to add dining room, so cost ended up being 962.37. It was a big job and $367 was too low of a quote, but i feel i should have a small reimbursement.
