Comment: Carpet was not cleaned behind bedroom doors. It appears that one stain was pretreated but then the area not cleaned. He did a great job of getting rid of some very difficult stains; however, two stains that appeared minor remain. I'm wondering if they were pre-treated or not. Hose was left in a clump in our front yard despite having been found rolled up neatly and tucked under the bushes. Overall, he did a great job, just a few concerns. Thanks.

Comment: I had mold and fungus removed from the ac unit not just the ducts and he spent a good amount of time doing it and a good job doing.

Technician showed up on time and went straight to work. House looks amazing. The wife was very happy when she came home. Will definitely use again.

Comment: Could be the high humidity but the carpets are WET to my bare feet even now. Even vacuumed the hall with my wet/dry vacuum to hurry the process..

Comment: Because of moving to a new home, I was not able to schedule the appointment as far out as I would have otherwise. The CS rep went above and beyond to get me fit into the schedule last minute so the carpets could be cleaned before we moved in. I was very grateful for all the help and flexibility.
