They did a great job! They were very professional, showed up before they were supposed to and the tech was very organized and very efficient. There was no inconvenience to me at all. They moved all of the furniture and made sure none of it got wet. The job took about 6 hours start to finish. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I hired them do clean my carpets & tile flooring in my 2700 Sq. ft home.

Comment: I may need several spots in the hall to be re-treated after Thanksgiving. This was not the fault of the technician. They just need a second treatment. I think I tracked something inside after working in the yard. I am always pleased with the Dalworth Clean quality of service. The technician arrived a few minutes before 9:00. My window was 9-11. He was not only prompt but he took his time and wanted me to be satisfied with his work.

Comment: The space being cleaned was only one average size room. This was my third time to use your company. The first time was for restoration service. The second time was for carpet cleaning. First and second services were excellent and thus my third reason for using your company. Technician was very nice and did a good job. However, it was not as good as first and second service. There was one spot that I felt was not as clean as it could have been. Over all he did a good job and I appreciate his professionalism. Very polite.

Comment: The technician was wonderful. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been meaning to write an email about his work. He was very honest, he explained that I over estimated the size of a few of our rooms, and made adjustments accordingly. In the future (when we are not renting a home) I would go with a more expensive treatment and would absolutely use Dalworth again. Thank you!
