Comment: I also had some wool throw rugs cleaned by Dalworth and they are beautiful again. So I tried your carpet cleaning in house. The carpets look great for the most part but the blood spots left my cat in the living room did not clean as well as I had hoped. The technician said at the beginning that if they were older than a week it would be difficult to clean them. The stains are a couple of months old. So I understand the not being able to get them clean. The service technician was very polite and careful with my belongings. I am happy I had the carpets done.

Comment: On line personel's quote was higher when I receved e -statenemt.Called to resolve and Personel said they would send me email with corrected quote and had failed to apply discount but would need IT department to send new corrected quote. Your Personel callled to reschedule me due to emergency. I had to remind Personel to send me corrected e-mail quote. A couple days later I got the corrected quote by Email. Need to be more proactive on sending and fixing statements. Hove Sevice was excellent.

Comment: It bugged me that I had to pay extra for the edges of the carpet to be cleaned. I think that should just be part of the service! Also, the stains have gradually reappeared, about 2 days after the carpets were dry. Disappointing. (I suppose I need the deeper cleaning service, and your technician did mention that.)

Comment: My tech was great. He guided me through my questions, gave me a great plan and allowed me to go back on areas of concern. My greatest concern was that a pet had been in the home and urinated in a central location. Because it was a pier and beam home, they were not able to flood the area as what we had hoped, but used an agent to clean and deodorize the area. It did the trick on the carpet and we were thrilled. My experience exceeded my expectation and I would highly recommend Dalworth.

Comment: we kept finding soiled spots on the carpet and the tech took care of them much more than excepted I asked for a gentleman that spoke English this gentleman spoke English and was very nice it was great being treated as a human being as apposed to a 2nd rate person. you can quote me on Angie's list
