Comment: Joe Sisson does a great job. I am not satisfied with the length of drying time. Even though Joe brought hard drying fans and the fans ran constantly one area of the carpet was still wet after 48 hours. Please work on a solution.

Comment: I had a coupon for $50 off when I booked the appointment over the phone. They quoted me $286 minus my $50 coupon so the total was supposed to be $236. My husband was home sick that day so I didn't take off work He didn't know how much they were supposed to charge so he paid $286. We should get refunded the $50 coupon. Patti

Comment: The dispatcher did not call to let me know the technician was on the way. There was not Dalworth marking on his van and his coat covered up his Dalworth shirt. On the positive side he was friendly, and competent. Did a good job. Carpets look good. Don't think the first part was his fault.

Comment: We had a small marble vanity top polished and sealed. Total cost was $690. It seemed a little high, but Dalworth did a similar job for us in the past (on a marble bathroom floor) and we were very pleased with the work. We are pleased with the work this time also. The technicians were great and really listened to my concerns, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before they left. I would rate everything as excellent, but the price seemed a little high. However, I would rather pay a little higher price and get an excellent job, if the alternative was to save a few dollars and then end up being unhappy with the work. We are very happy with the work performed.
