Comment: I had the carpets done on Monday July 1 at 8 am. As of 5 pm on July 2 they are still damp, on stairs and in parts of the bedroom. That is too long for my opinion. Brook did a great job, was polite, explained everything clearly and represented you well. I would have thought though that you would send two people as you do say you can move some of the smaller furniture. it is quite difficult for one person to move, clean, and move back. Just saying.
However...your website- being peopleless, gives limited options for selecting what you what done. Perhaps you can allow room for clients to elaborate on their layout etc so there are no surprises.

Comment: Technician was great however spots & animal smells returned within 12 hours of cleaning. Knowing this, probably would not spend the money to do again.
