Comment: This is the second time I have scheduled service online. Both times I was contacted by phone later telling me the times I selected via Internet were not actually available. Comment: We had two days of rain prior to the carpet cleaning. It was VERY humid the day he cleaned. It took longer to dry than usual. I have always used Dalworth. I was not happy with the previous technician/cleaning. Apparently, no one read my email AND survey because I never heard from anyone. However, this time Chris L. made up for the last tech's shortcomings. I'm glad I didn't make a change to another vendor.

Comment: Did not like the idea of paying for a room that was not done. Meaning, I only had two rooms cleaned but had to pay for three rooms.

Comment: One small criticism. I had asked that I be called on my cell when the tech was on his way. He arrived at my door with no phone call. I was fine as I happened to be home. On the flip side, I had erroneously made the appointment a week later than I had needed it. I called the office and the rep was able to fit me in that same day. Very much appreciated. After working with Stanley Steamer and Kiwi I will likely never use anyone but DalWorth. Great experience.

Comment: In talking with the phone representative I understood that the service technician would do the pet treatment if the $99 treatment didn't work. I thought she had said he could do both the same day, but he was not able to do that after we realized the $99 treatment probably didn't help much (we could still smell the odor, even though it was masked by the vinegary-soapy smell). Once dry, we felt that the initial $99 clean did not help at all - in fact it made it worse (although we were told that could happen). When the technician came out a couple of days later and did the guaranteed pet treatment, it was very thorough and once it dried we were happy with the results. We chose to have the kitchen tile cleaned that day too, and it looks great! Some of the solution got on the edge of the carpet and it looks darker. I have been treating it with Shout and it will probably be OK. We were very pleased that Dalworth scheduled us in at a very busy time.

I did use a carpet cleaning company. Yes, I got it from Angie's List. Yes, it was Dalworth Clean. That was fine. The job was fine. It is clean and that's a good thing. Yes, I was satisfied. I am used to cheap so I give them an 'F' on price.
