Comment: Edges still had items that weren't vacuumed up during the cleaning. ie...pieces of paper, pea size pieces of rocks. No response needed. Just something you might want remind your technicians to be aware of.

Comment: I sent an email to your phone representative, Patti but I'll share with you here on this survey as well. The technician you sent out to repair our marble in our kitchen named Joe Sisson was the ultimate in professionalism. It was obvious to me that Joe truly cares about the quality of his work. I hope you know that you have a valuable employee in him and that he is rewarded for his loyalty to your company & pride in his work. Comment: I was happy with the service provided , as always! Being that I've been doing business with Dalworth for a few years now I've come to notice consistent procedure of cleaning. In this last service , there was no cleaning up under the furniture that was in place. I assume this because there were no leg blocks(placements) under the the sofa & chair after the carpet was cleaned! Once again, the service that was provided was great but just wanted to mention the "attention to detail" ! Thanks
