Comment: They used an acid on the tile as a restorative measure and got it on the baseboards and caused them to warp.

Comment: Craig, our tile cleaner, was very nice, informative, and efficient. Our tile, though 22 years old, looks refurbished and so much better than it did. We appreciate the job Craig did, and we won't hesitate to call on Dalworth in the future.

Comment: Husband and wife team of George and Jenn worked very well together. They had finished a job earlier than expected and called to see if they could arrive at our house 30 minutes early. We were happy to oblige. Work was well done, spots treated and furniture moved and replaced. I will specifically ask for them the next time.

Comment: The time was given as between 10 and noon. I called dispatch around 10 to get an idea. They said he was 10 minutes away. I called again at 11 and he was 10 minutes away. Finally arrived around 11:15. Said he problems with his van and the motor mounts. All and all I'm pleased .

Comment: The drying time took longer because it was a cool and wet day from a week of storms. The carpets were cleaned, but it did not appear that any carpet protector was applied after the cleaning, and it was not noted on the invoice.

Comment: Told phone representative that this was a move out cleaning and needed to be scheduled late in the day, which it was (4-6pm). Received two calls wanting to know if they could come earlier. Caller knew it was a move out cleaning.
Why would you call me a week ahead of time to say that there was someone in the area that could come then?
