Solid Wood Floors
Solid Wood Floors are exactly what the name implies: a solid piece of wood from top to bottom. The thickness of the wood may vary, but generally ranges from 3/4" to 5/16". One of the many benefits of solid wood is that it can be sanded and refinished many times. Dalworth Clean's Wood Revitalization is a sure process to keep your solid wood floors looking new!

Engineered Wood Floors
Engineered Wood Floors are real wood floors that are manufactured using three to nine layers of different wood veneers. The sub-layers can be of the same or different wood veneers. The grain of each layer runs in different directions, which makes for a stable wood flooring. This wood expands and contracts less than solid wood flooring during fluctuations in humidity and temperature. The top layer is a high-quality wood that can be sanded and refinished, but not as many times as solid wood flooring. Dalworth Clean uses the latest industry equipment and renewing techniques to clean, repair and renew your wood floor surfaces.
Laminate Flooring is not real wood, but a hybrid of wood flooring. It's made to look like hardwood but is far from it. It isn't vinyl tiling or engineered wood, but a little of all of these things. Several hundred feet of laminate flooring can be installed in one weekend and is easy to clean, but cannot be sanded or refinished. It is made with a surface layer of two thin sheets of paper impregnated with melamine. The surface layer is a photograph of wood grain and usually covered by a hard transparent layer impervious to pets, furniture and other scratching amenities.
