Carpets came out fantastic this time. Sometimes they are just ok. Monty did a great job and suggested "sanitizing" over just apply a deodorizer since I have pets and I'm very happy with the way they turned out. It was worth the upgrade and he spent more time cleaning them with this process. Also, he arrived on time. Thank you.
