• Comment: Your phone representative who took my order (I wanted to request Mike Utzman as the service tech so while I began my order on-line, I finished by phone) was absolutely terrific. I wish I could remember her name. She was so pleasant and efficient and made it so easy for me to complete the service request. Mike Utzman and Vincent were top-notch technicians and my carpets look great. Mike always offers a suggestion as to how I can keep my carpets looking bright and beautiful between Dalworth cleanings.
