• Comment: Appearance of service technicians question is not ok to ask. Understand you are probably (hopefully) looking to confirm they were clean and professional (ours was clean and professional), but the question as written opens the door to the possibility of incorrect interpretations. Change your survey question. EDIT-Now your survey will not let me submit without answering that question!!! Doubly problematic! I am marking unacceptable-FOR THE QUESTION
