• Comment: Website did not make it clear (it was in small print) that the carpet stretching service was additional charge. Even though the order stated carpet stretching needed, technicians did not show up with tools and had to leave for over an hour to obtain them. Technician stated that one area of the carpet was likely to come loose again but to call him and he would return and fix it better.
