• Comment: KC and Agel were superb. We had an animal accident in our guest bedroom over the holidays that involved an expensive brand new mattress and carpet. I was very upset about it. I had only scheduled mattress cleaning with the idea I would have the carpet done later. So KCcame in and reassured me as to the procedure and cleaning solutions they used. He walked me step by step as to what and why he was doing. My anxiety was replaced by relief!!! I asked him if he had time to price out and clean the carpet because he had been so successful at putting the mattress back to new. By the end of the visit I had a clean mattress and clean carpet. Eventually I would like KC to come out and clean the other areas of our home. You are very lucky to have KC and Angel on your team! Thanks so much!
