• Comment: Bobby was by far the best technician I have ever had the experience to work with. Bobby was thorough and very efficient. He pointed out areas of concern using his high tech light to validate his recommendations. Bobby was friendly and courteous. Some techs talk too much but Bobby had the perfect combination of hard work while balancing the personal conversation and keeping it to a minimum making me feel very at ease with the service provided. I have worked in Insurance housing/corporate housing for almost 20 years and have worked side by side with some of Dalworth's restoration and remediation teams. Bobby is a level above anyone I have every worked with. Bobby is a valuable asset for Dalworth and is a phenomenal tech! Rest assure when I need service again I will be putting in a special request for Bobby and would even adjust my schedule to make sure he was my technician in the future. - Please tell him I am truly appreciative and grateful for all the hard work he did at my home last Friday.
