Comment: First let me say that my carpet looks like it did the day we moved in.
My only issue was with the Tech, he made some unacceptable comments regarding our carpet and he did the wrong room after all 4 of our kids told him which bedroom to do. I left a message after hours and my call was returned immediately. I spoke with a manager/ Shauna and she listened and fixed it immediately.
Would i use Dalworth & refer them to family & friends....
ABSOLUTELY!!!
It's the customer service that will keep me as as Customer !
