• Comment: Pat was EXCELLENT and shared everyday tips and tricks that will help us greatly. He was very thorough, pays particular attention to detail, very professional and courteous. He is a very hard worker and represents your company very well. This is a man who takes a lot of pride in his work and it was fascinating and a pleasure to observe how much he cared about your services being spot on and give. His best attention. And he did!
  If we back up to the prior day I called requesting services, Hands down, Richard is my HERO. You were booked all week and he asked if it would be ok to call me back. He called back shortly and said a technician would be here between 8/9am the NEXT day! That was a huge feat for him to accomplish and I really appreciate the team effort behind the scenes that made this happen.
