• Comment: Since I went with the middle option which included drying fans, I think you should indicate how long the fans will be in place. While the fans were very helpful on the areas that were done first the master bedroom and the stairs were done last. The stairs being a higher traffic area remained damp throughout the night. I would have like to see the fans left on longer to ensure quicker drying. I did not say anything to the technician and perhaps I should have. Overall, the work was very well done and I was satisified. My concern is that since the stairs remained damp dirt will show faster as it may well have been tracked on especially since I have 5 children. I will use your service again. Thank you.
