• Comment: I have given everything but price an Excellent rating, because you don't provide a Senior or Veteran discount, and my Husband is a Veteran, and we are both Senior's, living on a fixed income.
  The first time I used a Professional Carpet Cleaner was 12 years ago, after getting new carpet. It was one of your competitors, and they did a very poor job. I swore after that to only use Dalworth, and you have been consistent. The young man Dilyn, who came to the house this time, was so nice, got along with our two Shi Tzu's, and us, explained everything very well, did the after walk through with me, and asked if I was completely satisfied, or if I had anything else I needed.
  I'm sure when it is time for my carpet to be cleaned again, I may ask for Dilyn again, and look forward to your Dalworth service!
