• Comment: Raphael did a mediocre job - I knew the job wasn't done as well as it normally is when he left, but I was in a hurry to get somewhere else as he was late arriving for the appointment. After the carpet dried, I had to get my oxiclean and clean all of the spots that he should have cleaned when he was here as I had a house full of company coming the next day and didn't have time for someone to come back out. I am very much not NOT satisfied with the job. It is the second worse Dalworth service I have ever had. On the other hand, he seemed like a nice young man and acted pleasant and professional. But - he needs to work on his skill set if he is gonna make a living cleaning carpet!!
