• Comment: Great service from technician, however there appears to be creases in the living room carpet that were not there prior to cleaning. There were deep stains in office and technician treated & retreated, but did not come very clean. Appreciate the effort, but Stanley Steamer was able to remove similar stain in a past service. Perhaps their product is different from Dalworth. Would definitely recommend Dalworth.
