• Comment: Marcio Liborio is knowledgable and exactly the kind of expert we needed. Really appreciated that he was able to show the issues with a black light, explain the carpet and pad solutions clearly, and determine the pricing right then and there. Even though we ended up getting an additional service (sanitizing) there was never a feeling that it was a bait and switch gambit but an honest assessment and quality advice. Thanks Marcio!
