• Comment: Thanks! We have been a customer for many years. You always do an excellent job! I wish the carpets would/could dry faster.
  
  We decided that the pet odors were not noticeable and so we did not need to treat them. As for the carpet stains, we must be doing better at taking care of them when they happen, because only a few spots were terrible. One, in particular, was very difficult to clean. No extra treatments were applied as I remember.
