• Comment: Just had a disappointing dealing with Dalworth. Looked up their website found they were offering $50 of for a $200 minimum order. Called and got a quote to clean our rug. Rug delivered in great shape but the charges seemed high. Call customer service and was told that offer was for Dalworth clean not Dalworth rug clean. Really leaves a sour taste to an otherwise good job. Heads up people, get those quotes in writing.
  Other rugs in the house need cleaning but we’ll be using anyone other than Dalworth.
